Personal Training
In consultation with you, we can incorporate a variety of resistance,
cardiovascular, flexibility and core stability training activities
to provide a balanced, safe yet interesting and challenging program
that is tailored to achieving your goals.
Programs include the following;
- Medical and lifestyle questionnaire
- Nutritional assessment and advice
- Fitness assessment and testing
- Suggested ‘out of session’ training and recovery
program
- Fix Health and Fitness information guide to assist you with
your training
Personal Training Prices
$99 per hourly session
$55 per half hour session
** Please note that our personal training service is only available as a 10 session package and pre-payment is required.

Group Training
Group sessions provide you with a combination of fitness activities,
promoting variety and great cross training benefits. Each
session is designed to provide a total body workout, challenging
both cardiovascular and muscle conditioning systems, in keeping
with your abilities and fitness levels. Training activities
incorporate;
- Running
- Skipping
- Boxing
- Promotion of stretching and flexibility

- Resistance / Weight Training
- Fitball, Pilates & Core Stability exercises
- Maintenance of correct exercise techniques
